If you receive items that are damaged or do not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our team will be happy to review the situation and offer a replacement or store credit, as appropriate. We kindly ask that you inspect your order carefully before leaving the store, as refunds or exchanges cannot be processed once items have left our premises.
